stem from her competence over the past 19 years as a business leader; moreover, these skills have been
demonstrated through her successes as an entrepreneur and leadership of other prominent mortgage companies.
Every business endeavor entrusted to Taunya’s operational methods and financial supervision has exceeded all
projected growth forecasts. With a background in both wholesale & retail lending, Taunya oversees all
departments to ensure the loan process is the best experience possible for everyone involved. Taunya’s
acute business sense and dedication to her employees is the catalyst for Watermark’s current achievements
and future endeavors. She will still maintain, though, that the greatest accomplishment she has ever been
a part of is raising her two beautiful children and watching them blossom into “amazing little
